“The Call to True Worship” Romans 12:1-2

One of my Bible college professors taught us to ask a certain question when we came upon the word “therefore” in the Bible. He told us to ask: “Wherefore is that “therefore” there for? I submit to you that the most important “therefore” in the Bible is found in Romans 12:1-2 where the Apostle Paul said, “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” On Sunday night at 6:00 PM, we will continue our study of Paul’s incredible letter to the Christians in Rome.
