If we are to see a genuine revival, it must begin in the home, and with a return to God’s blueprint for marriage. Christians bear the responsibility of showing the unbelieving world what a godly marriage and a godly family looks like, for when a man and a woman get married, they are accepting the responsibilities God has ordained for the positions of husband and wife, they are entering into a covenant with God to honor their vows to each other until parted by death, and as they carry out those duties according to God’s design, they are demonstrating the love of God to their children, and to their children’s children for generations to come.
